I think that a good feature would be an “auto complete” feature, which would fill in the proper matching partner on the opposite side of the stack. It could be triggered by a button press like “A” then you click on a nucleotide and it fills in the matching nucleotide on the opposite side of the stack. For the nts that have multiple partners, they can be accessed with another click to cycle through possible partners. This would help to eliminate some clicks IMHO.
