I see we have Guides to boost 1 nucleotide bulges, but I also think that these are pesky setups many puzzle designers use to confound the neophyte (like me). May be one of our experts wants to volunteer to write a guide for solution of multiple, consecutive, 1 nucleotide bulges? Or, may be I missed the write-up?
