when I try to play a puzzle, it freezes on loading complete (Eterna-colored blue screen, no bubbles) - this is true of several levels of puzzles.
Hmm, that’s no good. Thanks for reporting that the challenge puzzles won’t load mummiebrain! I’ve put it down as #29 in the bug tracker. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

I think that we found the cause of this problem. It’s that you’re using flash player 9. Please upgrade to the latest version of flash.
