Has the error been corrected in Nupack Designs 01-03 for the last lab - “FMN Aptamer with Single Binding Site”?
The mapping data extends all the way to the 5’ end, which only seemed to happen in the last lab when everything was shifted. Also, some of the data would make more sense if this was the case.
