Feature request: include dot-bracket representation as a toggle function in the sequence field of the database. We currently see the sequence as color coded alpha character bases–keep the color code and toggle the dot-bracket notation into the character places. This would allow us to see the dot-bracket shape of the sequence as we sort for winners. Also a new field for abstract shape types1,3, and 5 might be useful.
