Energy calc bug report. The energy calc when viewing the dot plot /melt temp profiles does not agree with the total energy stated in upper left corner of lab. Off by about 3 kcal.
The dot plot and melt plot only report for the native fold. If you look closely at your screenshot, you can see that the structure is unstable, which explains the difference in free energy.
