Great new feature

The new feature that highlights the illegal bases in a puzzle is great, now I don’t have to search for them. Excellent improvement.

How do you use it ?

I leave it on as default, and when I’m adding GCs to stabilize a design, it warns me that I can’t use that combination, so I (usually) turn something around.

I have my turned on but i don’t see any highlights?

This and the single-base highlighting feature are very nice additions.

@Joshua - It only works in the puzzle that have such constraints.

oh thanks

that’s not bad good job. maybe in the labs you developers can help to increase randomization by highlighting repetive sequences. you can use colors to indicate how many are similar
like blue highlight for a sequence of 3 nucleotides that match one-another sets of nucleotides getting reder the longer the match string goods.
