I’m having a little problem with the puzzlemaker when making a potential candidate for the next lab.

When I type z, which normally means regret placement of a nucleotide and go one back, then a lot of dots appear in the beginning and end of the dot bracket notation. It only happens when I start to place colored nucleotides, when solving the puzzle. Some of the time this funktion is working, as it does usually.

Also the cursor changes colors, and almost disappears (becomes a weak blue color) when I have to click OK, when this message appears: Sequence and design pairs lengths don’t match.
