When I first tried the Clamydemas reinhardtil puzzle, I thought my computer was slow, but it was the same the next time I tried. I did finish it, but it was very frustrating due to time lags.
Otherwise, my computer is not slow and other puzzles aren’t slow.

The slowdown comes from the algorithm we run to simulate RNA folding - it takes more time as puzzles get bigger.
Unfortunately, there is no direct way to deal with this now. But you can turn on the “low performance mode” in view options and make the game window smaller to minimize the slowdown.
