Currently, basepairs are only counted for one state in switch puzzles. It’s a little confusing to have a count for just one state. Also, since there are no pair requirements in switch puzzles, it seems to have a little less value anyway. Is this a problem, if so, does anyone have a suggested solution? Just remove the pair count?
It could be more useful in switch puzzles to see a total target basepair count for each state. For example, if I see that state one target needs 50 pairs and state two target needs 25 pairs, I will know state one is going to need a lot of help.
