It is known protein folding pathways are conserved in accordance with Levinthal’s Paradox and the Nucleation-Condensation Model; similarly, enzymes accelerate reactions by decreasing the activation energy between a transition state and the substrate. This change in Activation Energy is recorded as DeltaG.

Theory: Allowing eteRNA players to ‘see’ the DeltaG log for their base-pairing actions - either in the form of a history or undo queue - may provide them with a helpful hint of which base-pairing operations to conserve across rounds. This in turn may also adequately model ‘search frictions’, as employed in economics ( see… )
