# Pseudoknot? frameshift

I believe a frameshift is a sliding of a stack against itself from what I have read.  
Open puzzle JR\_P100\_343 in the current lab and look at the dot plot. You will see two lines of dots next to each other but are “shifted”. That is what you are looking for with frameshift.
