I think the Strategy Market should be split into two categories to give it the best chance of outperforming the other algorithms.
Categories for Lab design and computational models/puzzles.
I think this actually means give the strategies two sets of Marks (for how well they do)
Marks just pitted against lab puzzles, and Marks pitted agains player puzzles, I suppose this could be expanded to handle the player labs, and probably challenges too.
giving each strategy 4 marks and perhaps an overall mark to bring it to 5
