Combines elements of Basic Test, Berex Test, Clean Plot with emphasis on paired/closing/unpaired ratio distinctions
Free energy = –1.5 \* number of pairs [e.g. 48 kcal if there are 32 pairs]
Melting point between 87 and 107°C, penalize -5 for each 10 above or below
Unpaired bases: 15%, 5%, 5% for G,C,U percentages
Stack Closing bases: 35%, 15%, 10% for C,U,A percentages
Other Paired bases: 25%, 20%, 25% for G,C,A percentages
plot\_score = (number of white cells in the upper triangle of the pairwise probabilities plot) / (total number of cells in the upper triangle of the pairwise probabilities plot)
