It’s not specific to any one kind of RNA. If you look at the different puzzles, we work with many different kinds.

Thanks for getting back to me! Is there a way to know what sort if RNA is being used for each puzzle? I’m still early on in the game…thanks!!

In the top-left corner, you can click on the puzzle name, and usually if it is based on a real RNA (as opposed to just created as an exercise) it will describe it.
