Does the list exclude motif and binding sites?
@stevetclark, no, it’s just the IUPAC mutations allowed. If you are having a hard time seeing the color variations, this list will help. It would be nice to overlay the motif & binding sites with the IUPAC codes. Maybe making the background color for motifs and another color for binding sites. It might show whether the sites were static or variable .
I’m hoping that they highlight those areas because it will make it easier for me to create quality submissions for us to test
