while playing, one may assign nucleotides, when undoing these assignments the conditions no longer reflect what is shown in the RNA structure. The structure may have no consecutive elements from a constraint, yet the constraint box displays that one of the constraint conditions was met (number of consecutive Gs for example may be 0 in the structure, whereas the display shows that 1/1 consecutive G was present.)
May be the same error as reported earlier in different wording regarding red boxes.
