Just an FYI, I notice ( not every time) that I get lag, I change a NT is one state but it doesn’t change in all the other states and I have to refresh the page to update ( Chrome). This would be hard to track down so
this post is really a FYI, not something that needs to be fixed.
Here is more evidence. In Vienna if I change one NT it changes the NT in one other state but not the other state around 50% of the time. In NUPACK there is no problem, no hesitation in changes. Hummm.
In design mode, In Nupack - 3 state, I changed length and received fatal error popup, reset and it goes away.
Think I found out where error came from. I was changing the Dot bracket notation instead of the puzzle NT’s above. No big deal.
