In attempting to add an image to illustrate a question, the choices appear to be limited to GIF, JPEG or PNG < 2 MB or image URL, with which I am not familiar with. What happened to Word Documents (*.docx)? Is this addressed anywhere?

the Forum solution we are using currently [getsatisfaction.com] only supports image uploads with such constraints. Unfortunately we cannot change such restrictions from our end. We suggest uploading images after making them into smaller resolutions.
