I would like a strategy for 1-1 loops, that gives:

-1 for CU opposite each other in a 1-1 loop.
-1 for CA opposite each other in a 1-1 loop.
-1 for GA opposite each other in a 1-1 loop.

C will willing leave its weaker supposed to be partner.
