Nando, is there a way for us to get these in a batch?  Either via the Eterna database API or an Eternascript?

Hi Omei, at the moment, the answer is simply ‘no’. There are no structures associated with lab designs in the database. As for EternaScript, the Flash-exported APIs for co-folding are in development, and no javascript port that I know of have these.

I’m not too sure what you call a “structure estimate”, but for MFE, I would say that batch processing is currently best done with command line RNAcofold
