This was started as a suggestion of a database tool to help in analysis of how sequences affect different structures in different situations (inside the EteRNA energy model,in addition to providing available lab data). This is actually my main suggestion that I would like to get implemented.
Also included is some discussion on the energy function in general, some thoughts of how to make EteRNA more useful (especially bridging the gap between game player and the science that many players are doing plus the opportunity to know enough to do their own), plus a few other things that I found important enough to share the entire conversation.
