First is to implement a highlighting preview when stamping so to help us not to run over half our work, as its annoying to guess how long it is and/or count every base position. itd be good to have an option to use a preview of where its going when you hover over a base

Second is to have different colors when selecting bases when on big switch jobs it can be hard to keep track of your marked bases and you can end up mixing the marked bases up ,even. maybe try to add like a highlighter pallate to choose the highlighting color so you can organise your work more

Also i would love if you could make the undo and redo tools work even when the RNA is frozen since mistakes there have to be completely redone.
