I had a lot of trouble working in A/B puzzles, where I would create an attractor, move to a different puzzle for a bit or even just continue working in that puzzle in a different spot, and then I just forget what the old part of the RNA was all about. So I would like a way to name the attractors in a name, and it probably should be implemented with a connection to the Alt Click.

+1 I currently use the ctrl alt and ctrl click too keep track. Having a way to mark a region would be useful. Or at least a way to add color to the ctrl click tool other than black.

+2 for having more color choices for marking bases. It would be helpful in many contexts.
