Pressing [space] in the chat input box enters a space but also scrolls down the page

In Chrome, when entering text into the chat input box, pressing [space] enters a space but also scrolls down the page (as space bar does normally). It should not scroll. It seems like the chatbox is not fully capturing the focus.

I am running the latest stable version of Chrome (10.0.648.204) on Ubuntu 10.04 64-bit. I have one or two extensions, but none that should have any impact on key bindings.

I don’t have this problem in Firefox.

thanks for reporting the problem. The bug has been reported as case #456 - we’ll post an update as soon as it’s fixed!
