Problem to start tutorial

Hi
First time for me. It says to try tutorial but when I click on it, I get a dark blue screen with nothing. I upgraded Flash player but still the same after

Hi,
I have the same problem. I have Flash Player 10.1.102.64 installed on both Firefox 3.6.13 and IE8. The OS is Windows Vista.

Same problem here, too. Just updated flash player and using firefox 16.0.2 on a

I used to have that problem, but not anymore.
