Question about .csv files of old synthesis data

I was looking at the data files for “The Finger”, “The Cross”. Both show more designs than appear in the EteRNA window when “past labs” are viewed. Many of these designs have synthesis scores, but no SHAPE data. This may seem like a silly question, but were they actually synthesized? If so, why no SHAPE data? If not, where does the “synthesis score” for these designs come from?

The reason I’m asking is that I need to know whether to include them while testing old designs in RNAfold (and other programs).

the designs without SHAPE data have not been synthesized - there synthesis score was given based on the CLOSEST synthesized design to really roughly approximate how good those unsynthesized designs are.
