It would be helpful to have a “Copy the current Dot-Plot” button like the “Copy the current sequence” button for the nucleotides which copies the quantitative dot-plot data to the paste-buffer in a .CSV format. This will allow players to start developing strategies that use quantitative metrics applied to the dot-plot results. Note that it could get somewhat large as a 100x100 matrix has 10000 entries and if each value is about 5-10 characters that is 50000 to 100000 bytes.
Gives me a tool idea…color code the latest dot plot change due to latest puzzle move.
