Anyone out there familiar with Scrum? I am a Scrum coach, and I would be happy to share that information with anyone who is interested.
More to the point, I would like to explore the idea of Scrumming our Community. What is this? Well it would involve building a backlog of stories that describe areas we would like to develop. Once we have this backlog, we can value order it and work in fixed length periods of time to achieve those goals. More important, we can periodically meet (via chat?) to explore what about our process works well, and what aspects could be improved.
