In the lab “RNA Backbone Stability in Aqueous Solution” (RYOS), some designs do not have the “See Result” option. They have a “vote” option instead.
Some designs were not synthesized. actually, about 300 were not synthesized.
These designs were ones that had duplicate barcodes, which were not picked up when they were initially submitted due to faulty barcodes. The barcodes were changed when they were synthesized. When we uploaded the data, the upload script realized something was off and refused to upload the data! I adjusted the script so that we’ll override the original solution (specifically, the barcode) and leave a comment on the design indicating it was changed, and what the original sequence was. This will be updated soon, along with some improvement to the data as a whole thanks to recent experiments!
