May be a screen should flash once every hour to say stand up and walk around??

Good idea! We might also consider having an advice feed run at the bottom of the screen. It could address anything that EteRNA has been known to distract people from doing, such as “get a haircut” “call your mother” “brush your teeth” “drink 8 glasses of water daily” etc

You can’t be too careful, and addiction can be dangerous! Not that I would know though, being in an advanced stage of denial myself
