In the combination links, you should turn the white link strength into a light teal if what you’re seeing in target matches what you have in actual, and light red if it does not. Make this an automatic feature so it makes it easier for people to compare actual and target views. the stack strengths aren’t exactly something that’s easy to grasp.

Actually, we have something similar to that on the top of the game screen. The thumbnail is painted such that if your RNA has a part that does not match target shape, that part is colored red.
