What effect will SOPA/PIPA have on eteRNA?

Well according to what I have heard about sopa, if someone posts a link to copyrighted material in the chat it could result in ISP’s blocking access to eteRNA. Sopa takes away due process and will affect many users outside of the United States as well.
SOPA is a godawful idea born of colossal stupidity and lobbyists’ checks.
