I would like a strategy, that forbids other colors than yellow in the multiloop ring, if there is only one nucleotide between the multiloop arms arms, litterally or like in the Things to test lab, in average. So only in this small type of multiloop, forbid other colors than yellow at all multiloopring spots. This is for multiloops with tree arms or more.
Penalize with -1 for each other colored nucleotide than yellow in multiloopring.
