strategy suggestion is
for each GC pair
if there is a non paired base next to the C
that non paired base should be G
which I think decribes this
if a loop starts next to a GC bond then the first base inside the loop next to the C needs to be G
so each loop which starts next to a GC pair that obeys that gets +1,
each loop which starts next to a GC pair that doesn’t obey that gets -1
I think this could be ammended to better represent what I meant at the time
the strategy should probably have said (if I’d know the words at this point)
the strategy is ‘boost at every opportunity’
and score it as ‘percentage of total possible boosts for this molecule’
