(sorry for my english, i’m not from USA) Making too much of GC or AU pairs is never good, right? So i thought that maybe there should be a minimum value for the weak pairs, and that minimum quantity could, somehow, make the results better, so I started messing around with that idea, and I analyzed the dot plot and melt plot as I played, so after a little bit of math, I came to the conclusion that 10% off GU pair should be more or less good. But keep in mind that is just a thought I have, and I’m not 100% sure it will work or make the results better.
