Give +2 if there is a multiloop in state 1 and

Give +2 if there is a multiloop in state 2

Give additional +4 if there is a multiloop in both states
The multiloop should be part of the switching area - at the end of the aptamer that is switching, for it to count as helpful in the switching. It doesn’t matter if there is a multiloop somewhere not involved in the switching area. It might not be doing any harm, but it isn’t actively helping the switch either.
