This mainly applies to the long, string-type RNAs that have multiple arms coming off of them and tend to be made UA-heavy by the players.
Excluding the ending pairs of the stack, give +3 for having one GC bond in each long string (greater than or equal to 10 NT’s long) that the RNA has. If the GC bond is within 3 nucleotides to an ending pair, give only +1. If the string is not made of more than 50% UA bonds, do not reward the RNA. If neighboring strings are either not long or more than 50% UA bonds, only give +2. If neighboring strings are neither of the above, only give +1.
