Where are all the new algorithms that have been posted in this forum but have not been implemented (in the Strategy Market)?

a fair number have been assigned a programmer - some others have not yet got a programmer but are listed there.
If there is another strategy out there that is in the forum but not on this list go comment on that forum post to bring it back to the top of the page and tell someone
