Hello Eterna Community!
I am happy to announce that the time and place for Eternacon2016 has been set. It will be Saturday and Sunday, July 16th and 17th at Stanford University in the Li Ka Shing Learning and Knowledge Center, Room LK120. We have the room all day both days so I figure start at 8am and stop around 5ish (not set in stone). This is the same location as last year as well as roughly the same time period. If you know you are able to make it please RSVP as early as possible by sending me an email at eternacon2016@gmail.com. I would like to get a rough headcount by next month to get the catering right. I should be putting out a survey or something soon. I hope to see alot of people there! If you need assistance with traveling please send me an email as well.
