GIbbs free energy is still energy: The ability to do work (in our case when the energy s negative). As this is the case, what work does it allow the RNA to do, and how does it relate to what we do on EteRNA? How could it relate, or how could we add to the application to make it mean something?

Just a few thoughts. I just saw a documentary that Mat shared. It was called “What is one degree”. I think you will find it interesting in relation to energy. Here is a short intro.
