Hey Andrew, this is a great resource! So glad you put this together. I think it’s a bit dense for new players in the current draft, though. Here are some high-level suggestions:

  • Focus on the big picture first: what’s the goal, and then how does knowing about the different types of bulges etc help me achieve that?
  • Less notation, more pictures – use real screenshots from in-game! Even if they get out of date, it’s better for new players to visualize these concepts within context first.
  • Start with walking through some simple but real problems, prompt the need for the information you’re providing before you provide it - that helps add meaning and context so it’s better understood
  • Give a clearer outline of how the guide is organized so that the flow from one section to the next makes narrative sense. Build on the story of what your reader should know at this point.
