How different are Vienna 1 switches from Vienna 2 switches?

The Vienna 1 folding engine models single state puzzles quite differently than the Vienna 2 folding engine due to using a different parameter set, and I’m curious, is the difference in Vienna 1 switch prediction as equally different compared to Vienna 2? Switch puzzles usually focus on folding the molecular binding site rather than on folding a series of singlets or bulges as typically seen in single state puzzles, so I’m wondering if perhaps V1 and V2 switches are not as radically different as V1 and V2 single structures.

I’m mostly interested in hearing player perspectives from creating and solving Vienna puzzles. Today I beamed a V2 switch puzzle to PuzzleMaker and it definitely did not fold the same in V1, but that is only one test case. Many of you have much more experience with these puzzles than I do.
