I’m new to rna designing and am looking for a good protocol that will help me approach my first project. I’ve been researching tools like Mfold and ViennaRNA for structure predication but am still stumped for which practices are best for integrating these tools into my work flow. What are some good resources that are offered, which can help to streamline the process?

We recommend https://eternafold.eternagame.org/ for predicting secondary structure. There are lots of tools out there for different RNA analysis tasks. I can’t recommend any without knowing what you are trying to accomplish.
