What is the structure of the lab “Simple RNA Switch” so I can plug it into the Paper Lab I proposed to try out my theory? I appreciate any help.

Luckily there is a really simple solution to that now. Open one of the designs in that lab.
Under the puzzle menu, choose Beam to puzzlemaker
Then nick the bracket notation
And if you are somehow going to use the puzzle, add in the molecule in the aptamer.
